Hello & Welcome
I fully believe that the key to your success is a trusting relationship with your therapist. I'm so glad you're here to explore if we would be a good fit. Allow me to introduce myself....
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Northern Colorado with over 25 years in this field. Helping people find their way to healing has always been a "calling" for me. I believe much of our life satisfaction is based in our relationships, both with ourselves and with others. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges they face in their relationships, including the relationship with themselves due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or perfectionism. I look through a systemic lens with all clients, believing we don't live in a bubble but our individual challenges influence and are influenced by the system around us.
I have a relaxed and collaborative therapeutic style. I focus on evidenced-based interventions with a solution-focused approach that utilizes a client's strengths to find solutions to their unique challenges. I have a background in additions work that guides my understanding of how maladaptive coping skills can develop. I work together with my clients as a guide to help you heal your wounds, regain hope, feel empowered to achieve your goals and find the path to success.
Personally, I am a mother of two boys, wife, daughter, friend, and overall quirky human. I have a passion for real estate that I built into a side business. I love connecting with my family and friends on outdoor adventures, traveling, and playing board games. I think the beauty of music, movies, and the arts makes life better.
